19th Wedding Anniversary

27 December 1989 - 27 December 2008
We walked hand-in-hand,
to declare our love to others,
into marriage life.

During these 19 years,
happy and sad,
good and bad,
quarell and loving,
forgive and forget,
always come and go.

Yet, we are still together until now.
No one can know what the outcome
Of spending years together will be.

Being happy together is a gift,
And enduring love is the key.
Everything has worked right for us.

May our future bring more of the same,
And our love remain strong and true.

amen.

Happy Birthday Theo...

Natal dengan Tongseng

Received email below from one of my supplier. The funny part is that he asked me to celebrate X-mas with Tongseng (one of Indonesian's dish, something like mutton soup).
Hahahaa.. tks Pak Hendro.
Wish you a Happy New Year, too.

Dear Bu Susan & Family,

SPLN Tidak Harus memiliki NPWP

Pemegang NPWP memiliki kewajiban lapor SPT setiap tahun
Sebaiknya melalui jasa pos/kurir tercatat.

Diagram sederhana (terlampir) --> attachment
Salam
Shandy

Oldies

Just want to share our old photos before and after we were dating in our U time.
While we were updating these photos, believe it or not, on certain picture Bagio could not recognise his own self, until we have to argue whether that 'person is him or not'.

Bagio on his graduation day, Oct 1987

Compare these old photo with the other 3, different by 17-21 years old!

Last time 47 now is 74.... (u know wat is that?)

Je T'aime

Springtime in paris it was late in the night
And, I was looking round at all the usual sights
Suddenly there right in front of my eyes
I saw this girl and I sighed je t'aime

Felt my passion rising as I watched her go by
I speak a little francais so I gave it a try
I was confused - she'd put my mind in a haze
Then I remembered a phrase - je t'aime

Stay with me - mon chérie
Maybe then You'll say je t'aime
Stay with me - please say oui
To a rendez-vous
Je t'aime - means I love you

Parlez-vous anglais didn't bring no success
And she won't say her name or even write her address
Don't wanna lose her in the champs elysées
Only one thing I can say - je t'aime

Mademoiselle has got to me like no-one before
And I just wanna love her
And then love her some more
Wish that I'd learnt - my lessons better at school
I'm standing here like a fool - je t'aime

Kukup, Johor, Malaysia

Saturday, 13 Dec 2008

We went to Kukup, Johor, Malaysia for a very short holiday, with Duncan's family, Patrict & Grace, Jack and Jophelia.
I said very short because only 2 days 1 night trip. Departed from Kranji MRT at 09.00 by van, and reached Kukup around 11.00

Straight went for lunch and then went to the lodging place.. (the house of local peoples). The 'chalet' is very simple but clean. The rooms with equipped airconditioning, and 1 room for 6-8 people with bunker-beds. So, is not adviceable for honeymooners.... :)
After rest for 2 hours, we took the boat and went to visit the Pulau Kukup, Johor National Park. The rain wss on and off, but we still quite enjoyed this trip.

Kukup is a fisherman village and surrounded by mudflats. During our visit, every noon time, the water from the sea will flood certain part of the village. Is fun for those who never experience flood before...

The seafood are fresh... the price is reasonable.

Try the Otak2 (Fish Cake) from Muar and 'Cai Yen' (pudding with the filling). Nice to bring back for the love ones at home...

Nothing much to do in the evening except for relax and blending with those who are going with you. Most of the chalet will provide karaoke, DVD/VCD movie, board games, mahjong game... for you to kill the night. For me... ? I just went to sleep early.

Sometimes When We Touch - Dan Hill

Just want to share this romantic song with you...
Nice? Share your feeling with me then...!

Click here to listen to the song "SOMETIMES WHEN WE TOUCH

Sometimes When We Touch - Dan Hill
You ask me if I love you
And I choke on my reply
I'd rather hurt you honestly
Than mislead you with a lie

And who am I to judge you
On what you say or do?
I'm only just beginning
to see the real you.

And sometimes when we touch
The honesty's too much
And I have to close my eyes and hide
I wanna hold you til I die
Til we both break down and cry
I wanna hold you till the fear in me subsides

Romance and all its strategy
Leaves me battling with my pride
But through the insecurity
Some tenderness survives
I'm just another writer
Still trapped within my truth
A hesitant prize fighter
Still trapped within my youth.

And sometimes when we touch
The honesty's too much
And I have to close my eyes and hide
I wanna hold you til I die
Til we both break down and cry
I wanna hold you till the fear in me subsides

At times I'd like to break you
And drive you to your knees
At times I'd like to break through
And hold you endlessly

At times I understand you
And I know how hard you've tried
I've watched while love commands you
And I've watched love pass you by

At times I think we're drifters
Still searching for a friend
A brother or a sister
But then the passion flares again

And sometimes when we touch
The honesty's too much
And I have to close my eyes and hide
I wanna hold you til I die
Til we both break down and cry
I wanna hold you till the fear in me subsides

Marina Barrage

Sunday, 30 Nov 2008
In the evening we went to Marina Barrage, Singapore's latest downtown icon since 1 November 2008. [Barrage means: An artificial obstruction, such as a dam or irrigation channel, built in a watercourse to increase its depth or to divert its flow. Taken from http://www.thefreedictionary.com/barrage].

The place is quite nice for family outing and recreation. Young kids will like to play with the water (so.. just remember to bring their extra clothings). The field also good for flying the kites. Also bring your own foods and drinks, because at the moment that place was not ready for all, when we went there, we only saw one provision shop and around 6.30pm already closed. Even the pathways from car parks to the main building also not yet properly done.

You can take a bumboat ride, 20 minutes for S$5.00... just go around the barrage.. The bumboat is new

This place will also good and nice to take pictures, with the Singapore Flyer as the background. That evening, 2 wedding photo shots were taken at this place.
